Portraying Marvin in Falsettos was truly an honor, and the show holds a special place in my heart. The experience taught me valuable lessons about theatre, and the collective effort of the cast made it an unforgettable journey. I invested a tremendous amount of work into bringing Marvin to life, and the connections formed with the cast enhanced the overall significance of this theatrical experience.
Falsettos is a poignant musical that explores the complexities of love, family, and identity. Set in the late 1970s and early 1980s, it follows the life of Marvin, who navigates his evolving relationships, including his ex-wife, son, lover, and an unconventional family dynamic. The story beautifully weaves humor and heartbreak, addressing themes of acceptance and the changing social landscape during that era.
